Did you know that coffee is more efficient if it is consumed between 9:30 am and 11:30 am. 10:30 is the ideal time for a coffee! For the simple reason that our body is more receptive to receiving caffeine a few hours after waking.
The hormone level in our body is high at our wake up and goes down the hours ahead. This hormone is called the hormone cortisol. People who drink their coffee on awakening will create resistance to the caffeine and will have to take more coffee than a person who takes his coffee between 9:30 am and 11:30 am.
It is at this point, that I really realize that I must be immunized against the effect of caffeine and that it is probably for this reason that my consumption of coffee has greatly increased in recent years! OOPS!
I think that tomorrow I will make a change to improve my system. No way I’m depriving myself of my morning coffee !!!! So, tomorrow, I’ll make a good coffee but with a decaf capsule! And at 9:30, I’ll take my first real coffee of the day!
